Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Digital Products

All products sold by BarkHaus Creative are digital products (including, but not limited to, templates, guides, workbooks, toolkits, and downloadable resources).

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

You were charged multiple times for the same product
You purchased the same product more than once in error
You are unable to access the purchased product due to a verified technical issue on our end

If an exception applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Ineligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase
Failure to read the product description before buying
Incompatibility with third-party software, platforms, or devices
Lack of results or business performance expectations
Failure to download or access the product within the available timeframe

Access & Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via email or direct download immediately after purchase (unless otherwise stated).

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting BarkHaus Creative may result in:

Immediate revocation of access to purchased products
Restriction from future purchases
